Levi Seed is a 28-year-old chef and Certified Sommelier at Joel Palmer House Restaurant. He brings professionalism and innovation to his work, inspired by a battle with childhood leukemia. Levi honed his culinary skills in Shanghai and Portland, and developed an extensive wine knowledge working his way through the food and wine world of the Willamette Valley. At Joel Palmer House, he curates an Oregon-focused wine program with over 700 different selections, showcasing the diversity of Willamette Valley Pinot Noir. Levi's passion extends beyond his career: he mentors aspiring sommeliers and supports childhood cancer organizations. With talent, drive, and compassion, Levi revitalizes post-pandemic fine dining and the Willamette Valley wine world.

 

Chef Joseph Hunt is the Executive Chef of The Hive Catering Co., a culinary group consisting of an offsite catering service, The Hive Social restaurant, and The Hardware Store cocktail bar. Growing up in rural Northern Washington, Chef Hunt developed a passion for food and community, which is reflected in his unique cooking style and emphasis on local sourcing. He honed his skills at Campbell's Resort before founding The Hive Catering Co. with his wife in 2015. Chef Hunt is committed to continual learning and improvement, both for himself and his team members. His menus, which change five times a year, showcase his innovative techniques and flavors inspired by the Pacific Northwest.
